Our Apartments have a living area of 57 to 60 square meters and offer a bedroom, living room, kitchen, bathroom with shower, toilet and furnished balcony.
The view of Świnoujście, the port and the surrounding area is unique.

The "Superior XI" apartment in Świnoujście is a very unique residence of rest and relaxation, highly appreciated by our guests.
It is an apartment located on the 11th floor with one bedroom equipped with two very comfortable high-quality hotel beds that meet the expectations of the most demanding. The beds have the option of joining into one double bed.
Living room with TV-SAT, fold-out sofa and fold-out armchair. In addition to the sofa and the armchair, there are also very comfortable top mattresses that provide a greater degree of comfort.
Kitchen with a dining area, a very well-equipped kitchenette where you can prepare the most exquisite dishes while enjoying a perfectly chilled drink or delicious coffee.
Certainly, the advantage of the apartment is the balcony with garden furniture, allowing you to relax in the fresh air, while remaining in the comfort of your own apartment. The beautiful view of Świnoujście, the port and the surrounding area will allow you to fully relax.
The total area of the apartment is 57 m2. The interior is bright, dominated by wood and natural calm colors. Thanks to glazing on the south side, there is plenty of daylight and warmth, which additionally enlarges the space.
There is an option to rent an underground garage with a limited number of places to the apartment (PLN 30 per day)
